Project by the Numbers
Our Vision:
To become Eleuthera’s top destination, blending its natural beauty with a world class experience. Setting a clear example of how luxury development can respect both people and nature.
Our Mission:
To become the region gold standard in sustainable developments and operating projects that create local opportunity, protect the natural environment, and deliver high-quality experiences rooted in Eleuthera.
What Guides Us:

Sustainability, in practice:
Sustainability isn’t a concept for us—, it’s a daily responsibility. It means planning carefully, building responsibly, and operating with a long-term view that protects the island’s natural resources.

Community matters:
Our projects are built with people in mind. We focus on local employment, long-term jobs, and partnerships that allow the community to grow alongside the development.

Respect for Eleuthera:
Eleuthera’s landscape, culture, and history shape everything we do. Our goal is to grow Cotton Bay in a way that fits the island, not to change what makes it special.

Doing things the right way:
We believe in quality, transparency, and accountability. We take pride in building things that last and in standing behind our work.
