Daniel Zuleta is a construction and development professional with a strong background in project management and architecture. With over 20 years of experience, he has successfully led large-scale projects across residential and commercial sectors, specializing in developments across Colombia and The Bahamas.
Currently serving as the Project Director for the Ritz-Carlton Reserve at Cotton Bay, he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of this prestigious resort, ensuring its success. His deep understanding of the Bahamian development market, combined with his financial acumen, allows him to navigate complex projects while maintaining cost efficiency and high-quality standards.
Before his current role, Daniel worked extensively in Colombia, collaborating with the Cotton Bay Holdings ownership group before relocating to The Bahamas in 2011 with his wife and daughter. He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Los Andes in Colombia and an MBA in Project Management from the European Institute of Postgraduate Studies in Spain. His hands-on approach, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence make him a key leader in the region’s luxury development sector.
Senen Cerrato has an international career spanning over two decades, involved in iconic projects across Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and the Indian Ocean. Specialized in large-scale hotel, residential, and institutional developments, he combines strategic vision with a focus on quality and the pursuit of excellence in project execution.
Natasha Nixon is the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator at Cotton Bay Holdings, with over 25 years of experience in administrative and office management and nearly 10 years specializing in procurement and logistics. She brings a strategic, results-driven approach to contract execution, vendor management, and supply chain coordination across large-scale hospitality and real estate developments. Recognized for her ability to perform under pressure, she excels in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments, ensuring compliant, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Jonnell K. Rigby Knowles serves as General Counsel at Cotton Bay, bringing over a decade of comprehensive legal experience spanning private practice and in-house counsel roles. She specializes in corporate, commercial, and real estate law, with a strong focus on advising individual and institutional clients—including financial institutions and real estate developers—on asset management, acquisitions, sales, financing, and real estate development.
Jonnell’s legal practice also includes expertise in securities, wills and estate planning, and the execution of powers of sale. She is adept at navigating complex regulatory frameworks and regularly liaises with governmental and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with evolving standards in corporate governance and risk management. Her strategic approach helps clients mitigate legal risks while advancing business objectives.
She holds an LL.M. in Professional Legal Skills from City University Law School in London and an LL.B. from the University of Essex. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Finance and Administration and a Minor in History from the University of Western Ontario. Jonnell also holds ICA International Diplomas in Anti-Money Laundering and in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
Admitted to the Bar of England and Wales and The Bahamas Bar in 2011, Jonnell is a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and The Bahamas Bar Association.
With her deep legal knowledge, regulatory insight, and practical business acumen, Jonnell plays a key role in supporting Cotton Bay’s strategic initiatives and ensuring legal and regulatory excellence across all operations.
Christian Javier Andrade is the Project & maintenance Coordinator at CBH, responsible for the management of projects and the oversight of CBH’s properties, ensuring efficient project management, operation, maintenance, and alignment with organizational standards.
With over nine years of experience in project management across all stages of the project life cycle, he has developed a strong expertise in planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects, consistently meeting quality, schedule, and performance requirements.
He is a Civil Engineer, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Christian is recognized for his strong analytical skills and his ability to resolve complex challenges, operating under a quality-driven approach and strict compliance with established criteria.
Liliana Acosta is the Cost and Planning Coordinator at Cotton Bay Holdings, where she leads the comprehensive management of project costs and the scheduling of the Cotton Bay development, ensuring decision-making aligned with the project’s financial and strategic objectives.
She brings extensive experience controlling project costs, budgets, and timelines, supported by a strong track record in resource management, rigorous budget monitoring, and the successful delivery of key milestones in complex developments.
She is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Construction, and is recognized for her meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and unwavering commitment to excellence throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Catalina Arranz is the administrative coordinator at Cotton Bay Holdings responsible for supporting the coordination of consultants and contractors, managing contracts and payments, assisting with permitting processes, and ensuring clear communication and organized documentation across the Cotton Bay Project.
With over seven years of experience in architectural design, contract administration, and project coordination, she has developed a strong ability to manage complex workflows and support the successful execution of large-scale developments.
With a background in architecture and project management, she is recognized for her attention to detail, structured approach, and proactive follow-up, contributing to efficiency, clarity, and consistency at every stage of the project.
Rashida is a detail-oriented professional with a strong track record in administrative, clerical, and accounting support. She brings valuable experience in onboarding, office management, and guest services, along with a solid background in document preparation, reporting, and scheduling.
She supports Cotton Bay with a range of key tasks, including calendar coordination, document tracking, and general assistance across various aspects of the Project.
Field Survey Assistant trained in drone operation for photogrammetric surveys, providing on-site technical support through accurate measurements, prism alignment, staking, and level marking. Responsible for assembling, transporting, and maintaining surveying equipment—including total stations, GPS units, and precision levels—while supporting data collection and point surveys. Also operates drones to safely capture photos and videos documenting contractor activities and overall project progress.
Latiska Marshall is a skilled Accounts Clerk with almost a decade of experience in financial recordkeeping, invoice processing, and account reconciliation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of The Bahamas and has developed a solid foundation in supporting daily financial operations with precision and efficiency.
Over the years, Latiska has collaborated closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payments, maintained well-organized financial records, and contributed to month-end reporting processes. She is widely recognized for her keen attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and her capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in high-paced environments.

Ansanika is a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) with over five years of experience working on projects with speciality in Procurement and logistics. Beyond procurement, she plays an integral role in supporting the operations and marketing efforts of the real estate development company.
Her diverse expertise allows her to contribute strategically across multiple functions, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of complex projects. Leveraging her CIPM certification, Ansanika applies international best practices to drive efficiency, enhance collaboration, and support the successful delivery of luxury real estate developments.
Oscar Corredor León is the Senior Surveyor at Cotton Bay Holdings, responsible for ensuring the accurate layout, verification, and control of surveying activities across the resort, golf course, residential, and infrastructure components in Eleuthera, Bahamas.
He collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure full alignment with approved design and construction documentation, providing reliable survey data that supports compliance, quality, and effective project execution
