Cotton Bay Holdings Limited Public Consultation Notice

The ultra-luxury resort and residential development will be located on the picturesque island of Eleuthera. Planned as an open-air luxury resort, it will feature 90 guest rooms and 60 Ritz-Carlton Reserve branded residences, designed to include a mixture of two to five-bedroom villas. A range of select luxury amenities and exceptional services are slated to include an 18-hole Championship golf course, a lavish spa and swimming pools, and restaurants all surrounded by pristine beaches, azure waters and tropical flora and fauna. The resort joins an exclusive collection of only six Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties around the world.

Cotton Bay Holdings Ltd. is based in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and has played an active part in the country’s local economy for more than 25 years, as owner of the Cotton Bay Club and the Cotton Bay Golf Course. As the developers for the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Eleuthera, the company currently generates 34 direct employments, which will increase during the future construction and operation of the resort development .
